06-04-2009 Korean Food (SS2)

We have a plan on Monday for THE CAVE.

Everybody was aware of that news spread by Purple and Mist.

But, out of our surprised, THE CAVE did not open on Monday.

( WTF, making us wearing grant dresses and walking through pasar malam!)

So, this happened that we been to a Korean Restaurant in SS2.

This is not the first time for Mist to eat Korean Food.

Wow.. We have the foods all around the table.. Wonderful.

" I wanna EAT them all " shouted beneath Mist hearts

We have a special guest for our dinner tonight.

A pretty girl name Li Jing.

She is really cute and it is glad to have her as our tourguide.

We were busy taking photos , chatting before the food was served

Well, well, let you see what we had that night!

We ordered a BBQ Set(worth RM100 ) & a BBQ Combo (worth RM79)

which is ngam ngam for 6 person

The BBQ set we had

- Samgyeop-sal (Grilled sliced pork )

- Dak-Galbi (Grilled chicken ribs with sauce)

- Samgye-Tang (Boiled chicken soup with ginseng)

- Doltsot-Bibim (Rice mixed with assorted vegetable in hot stone pot)

-2 x orange juice

The BBQ combo we had

- Mok-Sal

- Dak-Galbi (Grilled chicken ribs with sauce)

- Kimchi-sujlgae

- Doltsot-Bibim (Rice mixed with assorted vegetable in hot stone pot)

Before every foods was ready, the appetizer were served.

And then we had our Ginseng soups served..

It taste so bitter with the ginseng.

Then we had our lettuce served.

The lettuce were used to wrap the meats that being BBQ.

You may add in the sauce u like and wrap together with the meat served.

Then eat it in one shot...

Here's one of my favourite dishes

Overall Rated: Good

Doltsot-Bibim (Rice mixed with assorted vegetable in hot stone pot)

The sauces are mixed with all the vegetables inside with eggs.

It added another kind of fragrance to the rice.

Overall rated: Good

Kimchi-sujlgae

It is Kimchi soups added with chili padi, kimchi, meats and also TouFu

It tasted sours and spicy yet with the Kimchi taste.

It is nice when serve in hot.

For those who don like Kimchi, this is not your cup of tea i guess.

Overall rated: Satisfactory

(Cause Mist are not a fans of Kimchi. ^^)

(FOC i remembered this very well cause this is the only word that i heard when served . LOL)

It cooked with eggs with variety of vegetables insides.

Oh yah, when we finished our dishes. We were served with a glass of drinks.

I don know what that called.

But the saying is that this is one kind of healthy drinks.

Somehow,Mist think that is little bit too sweet.

Rated: Poor

(Because mist tried a nicer drink when having her first time korean food)
